It sucks when your roommate is messy and leaves a bunch of garbage out for you to handle.

But it’s a little overboard to stab him when he refuses to take out the trash.

A 22-year old Beijing University student was nearly killed earlier this week when his roommate attacked him with a fruit knife. He was stabbed repeatedly and nearly died of his injuries.

When asked why he got stabbed, the student revealed that he was eating dinner in his dorm when his roommate asked him to take out the trash. Instead of taking it out immediately he decided to eat dinner instead. His roommate grabbed a stool and threw it at him, and then followed up that initial attack with a fruit knife. The roommate started stabbing him, causing injuries to his liver. The student was hospitalized shortly afterwards.

The parents of the attacker went quiet and refused to respond to any contact from the victim.

Choose your roommates carefully.
