Meet Chen Xiaoyu, a model from Taiwan that has been going viral in Japan.
However this isn’t exactly newfound fame for Chen who actually found time in the spotlight. In fact way back in 2007 Japanese fans first became aware of this aspiring young model when photos started appearing online of her work… when she was 15…*cue Chris Hansen..* garnering her a large following.
Now we could go on and on wondering how an underage model garnering almost instant fame is rather unsettling, creepy, possibly even illegal, but we will keep it concise and just say JAPAN.

After some time off, presumably to finish school and go to the Prom, Chen has resurfaced online through social media gaining a new crop of fans. In the past many of her admirers noted that she had incredible natural beauty and enjoyed that she rarely wore make up and had a down to Earth style. However at the age of 23, she has apparently turned pro as a model and has been appearing wearing more make up to the chagrin of some fans.
