In the movie Kick-Ass they asked the question “Why aren’t there more real-life superheroes?” Well there’s finally one in Chiba Japan. The aptly named “Chibatman” roams the street of Chiba. Although he doesn’t fight crime (there isn’t that much crime in Japan anyways), he does put a smile on Japanese people’s faces.
The anonymous man told BBC that his goal was to help bring laughter to the Japanese people after the recent natural disasters that have hit the area. He drives around town in full Batman gear and also drives a custom-made Batpod. According to the video, he’s also friends with the government.
