Majority of guys meet their girlfriends through friends. They either get introduced to the girl or perhaps even get setup on a blind date (oh gosh I hated those). Personally, I don’t like my dating life to be determined by friends or luck. Fortunately, there are some ways and tips to meet that girl you want through friends. Here are 3 tips for meeting girls through friends that you can use right now.
1. You Inc
The first thing I want you to understand is that you have to see yourself as a popular brand. That’s right. You’re the hottest commodity within your group of friends. Remember the days when the iPod first came out? As soon one person got it and looked cool, everyone else wanted a piece of it. That same effect is what you want to create within a social circle.
The easiest way to become a hot commodity within your group of friends is by organizing a lot of social gatherings and making them fun. I used to do a lot of get togethers for trying out new food places and what I would do is tell all my friends (especially the girls) to bring a friend along. I’ve met tons of girls this way. So start throwing get togethers and parties so your “brand” becomes associated with fun and good times.
2. Make female friends
Women get easily jealous. If you don’t believe me, watch this video of two girls fighting for the same guy:
Yes, they can get that crazy (especially certain Asian ethnicities). So you might be thinking, Bonsai… how does this help me get girls? Imagine you’re having fun at a party with a girl and then she introduces you to another girl at a party. What do you think happens? The girl who you get introduced to will instantly feel a little bit of jealousy (which is basically a sign that she is attracted to you and wants you for herself). BOOM!
So go out and make more female friends. Guess what? Guys hangout with other guys and girls hangout with other girls. If you make one girl your friend, that means you get to know all her female friends. Imagine if you become friends with 5 girls? That’s endless supply of girlfriend material waiting for you! So next time you’re at a party, tell your female friend “Hey who is that girl? She looks interesting” and your friend will get the hint. This is what I call cultivating “wifey brokers” and trust me you want to have a ton of these.
3. Be the social guy
The fastest and easiest way to meet girls through friends is by being the social guy. You have to become this guy if you want to meet girls. No girl wants to hangout with the guy that sits in the corner at parties. If you are shy and introverted, you can still become one.
Man, you should have seen me a couple years ago. Whenever I was at a friend’s party, everyone was having fun except me. Don’t be like me a couple years ago. Remember, you are the hottest thing around (see my first point). So keep going out with guys who go out a lot. If you surround yourself with guys who go out a lot and meet new people, it will make your job a lot easier. By the mere fact of you going out, you will meet way more than the times you were staying home. Should be easy, right?
So to wrap up, you’re a hot commodity, make new female friends, and start going out. Combine all these and your dating will be vastly different.
