Sweet Taro Pie

Taro is getting introduced more in the States (Taro Ice Cream is one of my favorites), but it’s very prevalent and popular in Asia. For those that don’t know, taro is a sweet Asian root. The McDonalds in China offers Taro filled pies. Now this is something I would definitely want to try.
