Besides being super hot, she’s also famous for having gone under an intense plastic surgery procedure. I dare you to look at the before pictures of Dawn because you might faint. So I ask, is Dawn Yang famous because she’s hot and then plastic surgery pictures popped up? Or is she famous because plastic surgery pictures popped up and now she’s hot?

She became famous after posting her cute poses on the Internet, and apparently that’s all you need in Korea. Her lack of talent still gave her opportunities in the Korean entertainment industry, and since then, she has been linked to top Asian star Se7en! Goes to show that a little bit of posing can go a long way.

When you have a tiny petite body and huge boobs, you are bound to get noticed. Put those pictures on the Internet, and a new Internet sensation is born.
